Late of The Jute Factory and Waterford Central Technical Institute.

Eileen passed away peacefully in the tender care of the staff of SignaCare Waterford surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her husband Jackie, parents Peter and Catherine and grandson John.

Sadly missed by her sons Kevin, Anthony and Brian, daughter Breda, daughters-in-law Paula and Anne, son-in-law Trevor, grandchildren Ciara, Anthony, Sarah, Calum, Sean and Sinead, great grandchildren Pia, Grace and Zarah, brother Peadar, sisters Kathleen and Maisie, brother-in-law Michael, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May She Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Barrack St, Waterford on Thursday (2nd July) from 7:00pm to 8:30pm with vigil prayers and Rosary at 8:00pm.

Eileen’s Funeral cortege will walk from Ballytruckle Green on Friday (3rd July) to Sacred Heart Church, The Folly for Requiem Mass on arrival at 2:00pm followed by burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ballygunner, Waterford.

Mass will be livestreamed at 2:00pm on Friday by following the Funeral Service link below.

From start to finish, the help and support you all gave us was beyond limits. Our mother looked so peaceful and beautiful. Our minds were put to rest when we saw how lovely and peaceful she looked on her final journey. It is a credit to a wonderful team.
