Formerly of Cheekpoint, Waterford and Claheen, Birr, Co. Offaly.

Predeceased by her husband John, parents Dan and Alice, sister Dina, brothers Charlie and Dan.

Rita passed away peacefully in University Hospital Waterford surrounded by her family.

Sadly, missed by her brothers, sisters-in-law, John’s sons and daughters, nephews and nieces, extended family and friends, the sisters, staff and residents of St. Josephs Home, Ferrybank.

May Her Soul Rest in Peace

Reposing at St Joseph’s Home, Ferrybank (X91F882) on Tuesday (17th September) from 3 pm followed by removal at 5 pm into St Joseph’s Home Chapel for vigil prayers and rosary.

Requiem Mass on Wednesday (18th September) at 10:30 pm in St Joseph’s Home Chapel (X91F882), followed by burial in Faithlegg Cemetery.

From start to finish, the help and support you all gave us was beyond limits. Our mother looked so peaceful and beautiful. Our minds were put to rest when we saw how lovely and peaceful she looked on her final journey. It is a credit to a wonderful team.
