The death has occurred of
Margaret Foley née Buggy,
St Joseph’s Home, Little Sisters of the Poor, Ferrybank, Waterford.
Formerly of Comeragh Green, Lismore Heights, Waterford City.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Seamus, her brother Paddy and her sister Sheila.
Margaret will be sadly missed by her children Peter, Marion, Claire and Raymond, her grandchildren Jack, Daniel, Alice, Darragh, Emma, Jack, Hugh, Andrew, Libby and Tadgh, her great-grandson Fionn, sons-in-law Ger and Kevin, daughter-in-law Cathy, partner Rose, brothers Martin and Jerry, sister-in-law Kitty (Coad), brother-in-law Paddy (Foley)her nieces, nephews, extended family, former neighbours and friends.
May Margaret’s gentle soul Rest in Peace.
Reposing at St Joseph’s Home Oratory, Little Sisters, Ferrybank, Waterford on Monday (3rd July) from 6 pm followed by removal at 7 pm into St Joseph Chapel for vigil prayers and rosary.
Requiem Mass on Tuesday (4th July) at 12:30 pm in St Joseph’s Home Chapel followed by burial in St. Otteran’s Cemetery, Ballyinaneeshagh, Cork Rd, Waterford City.
The Foley family would like to acknowledge the extraordinary love and professional care that Margaret received in the final years of her life from the nursing and care teams and all the support and voluntary staff overseen by the Little Sisters of the Poor religious order in St Joseph’s. We are eternally grateful.
