Predeceased by her husband Laurence (Pele) and her son Robert.

Sadly missed by her loving daughters Mary, Helen and Siobhan, sons Stephen and Lawrence, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nephews, nieces,extended family, relatives neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Thompsons Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Waterford on Wednesday (4th January) from 7 pm to 8:30 pm with vigil prayers and rosary at 8 pm.

Joan’s funeral cortege will be passing her residence on Thursday at 1:30 pm en route to St. Mary’s Church Ballygunner for Mass on arrival at 2 pm followed by burial in the adjoining Cemetery.

From start to finish, the help and support you all gave us was beyond limits. Our mother looked so peaceful and beautiful. Our minds were put to rest when we saw how lovely and peaceful she looked on her final journey. It is a credit to a wonderful team.
