Hannah died peacefully in the kind care of the staff at the Oak ward, University Hospital Waterford.

Predeceased by her loving husband Nicholas (Sonny) McCarthy.

She will be deeply missed by her daughter Maria, son-in-law Tony, her beloved granddaughters Caoimhe and Brónagh, nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.

May Her Gentle Soul Rest in Peace

Requiem Mass on Thursday in St. Paul’s Church, Lisduggan at 12 noon followed by burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ballygunner.

    From start to finish, the help and support you all gave us was beyond limits.  Our mother looked so peaceful and beautiful.  Our minds were put to rest when we saw how lovely and peaceful she looked on her final journey.  It is a credit to a wonderful team.
